The pixelated issue is likely down to the resizing process - you can usually get much better quality by using art software rather than an online resizer size in my experience, though ymmv. Generally the less you're resizing by the better too, a huge image likely won't resize down to that tiny banner size too well.

As for the link itself not working, are you definitely using the correct direct image link from imgur? That's commonly to blame - the url you need will end in .png or .jpg

I’ll try that! The only art software I have is Firealpaca, but I think I’ll be able to resize it with that.

As for the link, I am 100% certain! I downloaded the picture, uploaded it to Imgur, copied the image link, which was a jpg, and pasted it, and still got an error. It’s so bizarre

It could be required to be specifically in .png format...maybe try that?
