Hey! No items will pass down/guarantee a specific amount of stats, though some items can boost stats (longfin eel, honeycomb, egg yolk, ect). The number of stats you get is all up to rng, but it relies on how many stats the parents have. For example, if both parents have 300 stats, you would get a cub most likely with a bit less than 300 stats. I would recommend studding to lions that have a TON of them (check the leaderboard for the ones with the most) and/or using really high stat lionesses too. I would saw REALLY high stat lions are rare (such as over 5k or 3k) but it would be pretty easy if you use the right lions. I've personally never tried to breed for stats, so you might also look at what other people would say.
