As far as I'm aware, you can get it from playing slots, or buying from other players. I believe there is also another type of jellyfish item that allows you to bring a dead lion back and it becomes frozen that way too? Canopic Jellyfish, perhaps? I'd look for a second opinion on that one though, as I've never used that item to freeze any lion before so I'm not sure if there are any specific requirements to use it.
