You can also give them a Medlar Fruit - it gives 5% training per used item. However remember, only cub training gives stats - literally, which activity a cub succeeds in during cub training is giving it a +stats. Adolescent training's only purpose is reaching the bar to unlock them - if the cub had 0 cub training, and only trained as adolescent, it will get 0 stats even with a 100% bar. 0 players like this post!
