Just another idea here!
Since there's Cloudburst, why not Rainwrapped?
It could be a greyish/blueish/whiteish, or something similar. But I was thinking it should have those colors, considering rainwrapped tornadoes are hard to see and usually blend in with the dark and stormy sky.
It is either applicable or a combo base. The applicator would be obtained from crafting the Tornadoes BG + the Rain decor + whatever else, bought for 4000 SB in the Flood Pit, or the combo factor would be Cloudburst x Seer, or Rainwrapped x Rainwrapped? Only bred in wet season. Any time of day. I thought the combo for Rainwrapped would be good, considering the Seer base is dark, and the Cloudburst is supposed a very violent and sudden rainstorm, and the base is blue, similar to the color of, again, a stormy sky.
