@ALM I am aware pride month is over but I see no reason not to still do a pride lion, the LGBT community should be celebrated all the time and not just be restricted to one month also this game has many non-americans who play independence day doesn't make sense for most people (Also just because its not June anymore doesn't mean me and other people suddenly became not LGBT and seeing the support is nice)

Just seems like everything on Lioden is based on LGBTQIAP++++. It's kind of getting monotonous. Plus, there are a few people on here that aren't part of that community.

That's because there are a lot of LGBT+ people on Lioden. I don't see any harm in a Pride Lioness. It doesn't affect any of the non-LGBT people at all, since it's only really visual.

You realize that Lioden is NOT an American game, right? Celebrating Pride internationally is something everyone should be able to support, but celebrating just one country's National Holiday is a bit ridiculous.

Hi, all. I'm going to be rejecting this suggestion, along with an explanation.

There are no "yearly pride raffle lions". There was one singular pride-themed raffle lion in June 2019, the trans flag submale (the other three raffle lionesses released that June were not themed). There were two pride-themed raffle lionesses in June 2020, the lesbian flag lioness and the bi flag lioness (the two other raffle lionesses released that June were not themed).

I'm sure that it's no surprise the three lions linked above were not universally liked, and there was a fair amount of criticism regarding their designs, regardless of what they stood for.

As I mentioned on this post within the Raffle Lioness Attribute Requests topic, designing lions after flags is not my strong suit. I am not good at it. This is clearly evident with the bi flag lioness. I can acknowledge my strengths and weaknesses. As the sole designer of the weekly raffle lionesses, I chose to continue releasing regular, non-themed raffle lionesses versus attempting a flag-themed lioness and end up disappointing part of the community, especially the community of players represented by whatever flag I ended up butchering.

The good thing is, pride-themed raffle lionesses are not a requirement for representation. The pride decors in June do a great job of that already! I'll continue trying to build my skills with flag-themed lionesses, but in the meantime, I don't think this really needs to be a suggestion, since it's not a requirement and there shouldn't be an expectation or obligation for themed raffle lionesses, it should come as a pleasant surprise more than anything else.

Since this is being rejected and locked, I'd also like to take a moment to address that players are not allowed to antagonise others. It's fine to disagree with a suggestion, but please be respectful of others, and understand that not everyone needs to adhere to the same beliefs. Lioden is an escape from the real world for a lot of people and it's nice for people in underrepresented communities to have something they can relate to. Let's also remember that threatening to report other players and telling other players that they have been reported counts as mini-modding and is not permitted by our rules.
