Dreamscape

" Be careful what you wish for, the Dreamscape is a horrible place."

In the world of Chelhai there is a sickness. When most close there eyes, nothing can touch them. Though a scant few, maybe 10 out of every thousand people close their eyes and live. They leave this realm and are dragged through a hole in reality. They are called scapers, after the realm they enter.
They are tainted with the Dreamscape. A place that houses the things only found in peoples dreams. Sometimes, the creatures that inhabit the Dreamscape come back with the scapers. Other things live there too, not just the Dreamcreatures. The first ones. They have been around since things could dream. They chose who enters and who stays out. Recently, more and more creatures have been journeying back, and less humans have been coming back out. A group of doctors and scientist have banded together to find a way to stop the Dreamscape, to close the hole in reality once and for all.
