currently during the Oktober event when aligned with hell, having the demonic whip ON,
when your territory is full, any encountered lone lioness wont give you the [bind] option.

as you are enslaving them for Hell, and not claiming them, there should still be an option for you to bind them. i dont know if the same happens for Heaven aligned with [Bless], but if so, a bless option should be available as well.

not a huge deal if this doesnt happen, but it makes more sense to me that way.
