Hi!! I'm having some trouble with the <*hr> tag on lioden. It appears in previews, but not when the post is live. I have also tried the following as an alternative: <*div style="width:100%;margin-top:1em;margin-bottom:1em;border-bottom: 3px solid #000;'><*/div> Once again, the same thing happens: the correct output shows when I preview the message, but not when the post is live. Is this tag somehow blocked on lioden? Or is there something I'm missing here? Is there an alternative I can use?  0 players like this post! Like? |

From what I have personally tested, the div tag and the hr tag are disabled in the forums. I'm not sure what you are trying to use the hr tag for but if you want a responsive (HTML/CSS that adapts to a user's device) line break, an alternative that could be use is coding in a table and disabling the top, right and left border to only leave the bottom border. !!! Yeah!! That's really smart, thank you so much While I was asleep, my friends figured out that in news posts as such, LD uses an image in place of <*hr>, but for whatever reason it seems that images only auto resize on parent posts, and that max-width:100%; is disabled too, at least for images. I'm a mobile user personally so responsiveness is the key thing I'm aiming for here. I think your solution just might be exactly what I needed, I'll play around with it now! 0 players like this post! I'm glad it works!  I think the forums on LD used to allow div and other more CSS tags like border radius (generally stuff that can be used in den CSS), but with how colourful things became and how things became harder to read.. things might have been disabled. Oh man border radius is another one I had wanted to use until I realised it didn't work here  Maybe I'll do some more testing and try to compile a list of disabled tags, there's gotta be other people who keep running into issues and not knowing whether they're doing it wrong or whether it's literally impossible lol 0 players like this post!
