So this was an idea me and a buddy had so I wanted to make a separate post about this idea! This mutation will have the lion be born with teeth on the back of its head, more than likely the males will have longer ones than females to that it's visible through the manes! This mutation will more thane likely be survivable as what this idea was based on was in perfectly good health! this idea was based on a real-life cougar! A hunter killed an adult cougar that had literal teeth out of its head! I will not share the IRL images as it's kinda Gorey but they're easy to look up! I edited one of my lions to show what I think each phase will look like ( cub, adolescent, and adult ) but obviously, this can be changed! I added mini teeth to the back of the main one on the adult to show it is teeth, not horns? and due to the angles of the females adol and adult, the mini teeth will also show! Also say thank you to my friend Mercutio the orb father TM for letting me steal the newborn and young cub models, though I sadly got lazy with it! Hey! Coming in to add some articles and more info. Another theory (which I personally believe is more likely) is that it may be a partially conjoined twin. This has little to no other scientific research that I can find behind it, but if you know of a separate example please add on to this! Personally I don’t think this would be a lethal mutation, just something for aesthetics and looks, like the maned mutations.  0 players like this post! Like? |

I agree to the above. The fact that the cougar was an adult when it was shoot is proof enough that the cougar was just fine. If the extra teeth were causing harm, then it wouldn't have been able to hunt and therefore make it to the adult stage. I would Def find this Mutation interesting. The only thing is that I am pretty sure that visually the gums on the unusually pair of teeth would be visible 0 players like this post! Like? |

Horns won’t happen because mods have told us that they won’t do anything fantasy lmao. This isn’t fantasy and has happened before in nature, so i don’t really know what you mean by “not good enough” when horns don’t have a chance of being added 0 players like this post! Like? |

not sure what void thinks, but i personally don’t think it’d have much of an effect on stats, just being an aesthetic mutation like pies/patches 0 players like this post! Like? |

Ocelot to answer your question it will probably not have an in game effect, just like other normal mutations! But if the devs decide to add this and give it stat changing effects I am Honestly really interested to see what they might do with that idea!  0 players like this post! Like? |
