Hi all! I have quite a large collection of "exotic" pets, as well as my dogs and cats. I wanted to know if any other people on here keep some odd critters as pets? :)
Reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, fish, etc are all welcome!

The ever growing list of pets I own: (images added!)

**Most of the animals shown have had their enclosures/tanks upgraded! I take a lot of these photos on the day I bring them home, between cleaning or before having finished setting up their new homes.**

Cute! I've always had a soft spot for lovebirds, they have such fun little personalities

I also started with a horde of pet rocks (till my mom threw them out lol). Fantastic low-maintenance pets

I wouldn't call her exotic, but my cat hoards bottle caps, is bilingual, plays fetch, and likes it when you make beds and do laundry around her for some reason

the other one is just stupid

She sounds just like my cat! Socks loves going around stealing hairbands and scrunchies. Unfortunately he only speaks meow, and instead of fetching he runs after me in the dark to bite my ankles when I switch off the lights

Taquito (the bilingual cat) speaks both spanish and english, despite my family being irish american and her having no other family before us (we got her when she was just old enough to be adopted out as she was born in the shelter and knew nothing) she likes to bite fingers, grab ankles and hands, sleep on your chest and your back, and she ill steal anything you set down.

Mick (who we got at the same time and understands 0 languages) is very stupid, he falls off of everything, and he's terrified of everything despite being the biggest, most buff cat with the sharpest claws i've ever seen. he is regulalry bullied by Taquito who is half his size and weighs a pound at most

Added some images :)
Unfortunately a lot of our fish are very shy so I rarely get the opportunity to take good photos of them. Our little spider and my other hamster (Sheila) also didn't feel like coming out for photos today, but I'll add more pictures next time they're out and about.

I have a growing (hopefully) list of some interesting critters. I just got into the herp and fishkeeping hobby very recently (last 2 years), and being a biology student I tend to be rather meticulous about doing my research before getting a pet lol In short I have a mix of fuzzy-furies, scaly things, and crawly things (Well, I guess the frog doesn't have scales, nor crawls really, but still...)

Mainly grew up with dogs/cats, but at one point had a desert tortoise, 2 snakes, and 2 hermit crabs!

A neighbor had 2 "pet" tigers which was... interesting to say the least.

I wouldn't call them exotic.

I have a black dog named Luna, A black and white cat named Oreo (Wow so creative I know), and two bearded dragons named Sandy and Phoenix. I also had a childhood dog named Pepper who sadly passed form cancer a year ago, 2 cats who passed away when I was only 3, and hundreds of fish who were brutally overfed when my brother kept dumping cheerios in the fish tank.

I feel so bad for the fish but for some reason the image of hundreds of cheerios flooding the tank makes me laugh. I just can't help it
