Well this happened quite a while ago but I think the happiest thing that ever happened to me was getting my dog Pepsi.
Me and my family were still reflecting over some personal things that had happened and someone had the bright idea of getting a puppy. We searched for the perfect one for nearly a month until we saw the cutest most amazing little dog that we just had to get. I am so glad we did. As soon as we brought him home his tail was wagging and he was bouncing all over the place and even my mother, who had been a bit reluctant at first, fell in love with him. Whenever I look back at old videos and photos of him it always makes me smile to see how he hasn't changed one bit.

That story was nearly 2 years ago, we still have Pepsi who is as wild and adorable as when we first met him. He is probably the best thing that has happened to me for a while and I am so glad to have him here to share just a few more memories with.

Thank you Pepsi and thank you Grovyle for letting me share my happiest memory here. I do hope I am able to win the mutie but even without it I have been able to look back and smile so I thank you for that. :)

I hope this isn't too similar to the top submission, however, an extremely happy memory for me was getting my cat. Her name is Mittens, to this day I've put over $300 just into buying art pieces of her. We got her when she was really small, she was the runt of her litter and could almost fit perfectly in your hand. It was the first pet I'd had that was so small and honestly it was a really nice experience that I don't quite know how to describe.

I'm not very good at writing about emotions so I'm aware this submission isn't very good, maybe a cat picture will make up for it?


Also, I want to say, I'm not trying to get this Muttie for myself. I want to grab it as a gift to a friend (#229938) who's always there for me. Thank you for the chance!

I was going to talk about getting my first car recently but looking at these other posts made me want to talk about my baby

My family got him October of 2020. He was a surprise for both me and my sister because earlier in the day my parents took our little brother and told us they were meeting dad's friend. Imagine my surprise when, instead of a grown man, my dad walks in with a puppy in his arms. We were undoubtedly happy and yes I did cry. Since then he's been the most lazy yet mischievous little shit I have ever loved. We bought him dog toys yet his favorite toy is those eggs you get in kinder surprise. His favorite food is socks even though we've made our displeasure clear. He loves meeting new people so so much to the point that he can't help but wiggle his whole butt. His name is Rhino and he is my baby. I would send a picture but unfortunately I don't know how. So for the sake of your imagination, he is a 1y/o rottweiler with a scary twinkle in his eye.

Honestly, thank you for the opportunity to gush about my dog. This was fun to do.

A memory that always makes me smile was when my dog learned he could go in the water. It doesn’t seem like much, but if you saw the look in his eyes you’d, know how happy he was. Mickey was always a dog who preferred to stay inside and relax, but now whenever we go to the beach he always runs straight in.

I cherish a memory when I went to an amusement park and got rejected 3 whole times. Now, I know it doesn't sound like a good memory. But it always makes me chuckle,

So, It was a warm day in [Insert amusement park name because it's close to my home and I don't wanna reveal that]. I was invited to a concert the night before with a friend, we'll call her Vinny(Not her real name obviously). Vinny and I were staying at her friend's house in the bigger city where I live, her parents drove us in, in the morning. And we met (more fake names) Vole and Caden. The funny thing about Caden is I had a decently big crush on him, This will come into play later. Anyways it started off alright until we entered the carousel... I had also had a crush on... We'll call him Thomas. Thomas turns out he thought I was weird and annoying as Vole told me. So that was the 1st rejection of the day. So we went to eat and I was already feeling kinda bad because I had really liked him and he obviously didn't like me. Anyways Vole walks over with Vinny and Caden. With food and all I wanted was a sprite and this dumb 6'1 boy obviously couldn't do that. (Caden) and since I was feeling down and had already told them two of the boys I liked (I hadn't told them about Caden just yet, except for Vinny) Vole offers to text my crush Marcus and ask him what he thinks about me. I agree since maybe it won't be too bad. An hour or so passes and Marcus replies, vole looks at me hesitantly and I tell him to read it to me. "She's nice but I know she likes me and I don't like her like that.:"
I immediately feel bad because Marcus was the one I liked best.
So, I somewhat realize I'm down to Caden. So I kinda start cozying up to him. IDK how quickly but he slowly starts to realize. And as we're in line for a ride Vinny and Vole both ditch us to "talk".
It's super awkward and he tells me (if you couldn't guess already) he says he doesn't like me.


Quick plot detail, When Caden and Vinny went on one of the rides without me and vole. Vole told me that Caden likes Vinny and I kinda told him I "used" to have a crush on Caden
(which was a lie, the crush was still alive and well)

Anyways, don't worry it gets so much better. so cadens MOM whos a therapist of sorts, picks us up and asks us if we wanna eat somewhere. I'm not really hungry and I barely remember what I ate but all I know is I was on the verge of tears.

Another plot detail, I was texting my friends and Vinny in the car and telling them how I was on the verge of tears.

So, we're in RED ROBINS of all ducking places, and I'm on the verge of a break. So I excuse myself to use the restroom and Vinny joins me. And I start bawling my eyes out. And I end up telling Vinny that Caden has a crush on her. And thus she explains she doesn't like him to try and calm me down.
We then walk out my eyes crisp and red, sit down, and eat. We later went to an ice cream place.

As we're driving home I steal Cadens Candy corn because apparently, we both liked them. And I just cope.
And the cherry on top of the night was, that we got pulled over and the cop was talking through my side (because I had called shotgun). Btw if you have not had a cop lean through your window and talk to the woman next to you whose window OBVIOUSLY WORKS. It's very annoying and quite awkward.

Anyways, I survived through it and The most ironic part of this whole story is Caden and I ended up dating a day or so after. And he broke up with me because "He's not ready for a relationship" and proceeded to ghost me and hate me.

We're actually decent friends now and no, I do not plan on giving him a second chance. Because ew.

Having a go at this! Yesterday was the last day of finals for me, I happened to have an 80.2% in a class and if I were to score anything lower than a 80 on the final, my grade would've dropped to a C. My teacher hands me the test, I know nothing on it I mean NOTHING. I was terrified but I tried my best and spent the rest of my day filled with anxiety because the smart person in front of me had completely different answers. After all of classes, I go up to my teacher and ask her what I got because it was a scantron and I got exactly 80%! And this was a huge accomplishment for me because my test average for that class is like a 64% (oops). Anyways I'm just happy thinking about it.

Hello! In middle school, me and my friend Mila liked ranting to each other on well... everything. She wasn't my best friend, but I still liked talking to her. We were both pretty depressed, but I'm pretty sure that Mila was even more so than me. One day in P.E., Mila went up to the coach and spoke to her. I didn't know what they were talking about, but I had a general idea. Since Mila was so depressed, and because the coach looked so worried, I assumed that Mila was opening up to the coach. She left early and didn't come back until about a week and a half later. It was during the middle of P.E.. We were sitting on the bleachers (God knows why) when she came up and sat next to me. I could see something different in her. She was wearing makeup, and she had her hair done. She also looked happier. "Where were you?" I asked. "I was as the mental hospital, but please don't tell anybody because they all think I had a cold." she responded. My assumptions were confirmed. Safe to say, Mila was no longer depressed and I was very happy for her. I was still a bit depressed, but that healed over time, especially when I was around my crush. Luckily, I no longer need to crush on him because he's my boyfriend. Just thinking about this makes me happy, honestly. Maybe it's because my hopes of a better time came true. This is gonna be a lot shorter than a lot of others and honestly I'm not super into the cub, will probably send them to a mutie gifting clan im in so they can for sure get a home that will love them more than I ever could. But thank you for the chance to express what brings me joy each night.

I have been friends with someone (ill call them Fry) who I've known for over 8 years. Though I've never met her face to face Fry has always been there more than anyone else. As of late I've graduated from high school and learning to be an adult. As is she, we both are still learning and every night we get on a discord call (like we are rn actually lol) and we just lay here and listen to music or talk about stories and plots that make us happy. All through out high school and middle school since i've been friends with Fry they've let me know that i'm not alone.

It's reasuring to know im not alone and never will be. Even if we are silent on call together or end up falling asleep at 3 am talking about characters and ocs fry will always be a dear friend of mine, regardless of the miles between us. Even when i started dating my current girl friend (love of my life) fry has always been there supporting us and helping me with my own mental things. Reminding me that shes with me bc she loves me and reminding me i am good enough for friends and loved ones. Regardless of my job, my home, or apperance. someone will always have someone. i'm not religious but i do believe... fry is my gaurdian angel. I'm forever greatful for her open arms and those long late night calls. Thank you fry. and ty again Grovyle for letting me express my pure joy <33

I am thankful for my family who has never left my side even in my darkest moments. I am also extremely thankful for my dog who has survived both hip and knee surgery. My pets and my family mean everything to me and I would do anything for any of them. I am also grateful for the fact that I have food to eat and a roof over my head at night. The last horse I had I trained myself. I always smile when I think about her milestones but the biggest one is when I was able to ride her faster then a trot without her bucking. That moment had tears of joy running down my face.
