I am a fairly new player and can't purchase gold beetles. I put the required information properly and I checked a million times. But it won't let me purchase any?

PayPal is new to me and I really want gold beetles for a few things. I really want the lab frog thingy as well as changing my lion's appearance and I can't do that if I have no beetles.

If anybody is willing to help me out (either with the purchasing or any way else) please respond.
