💠Andalite's Newbie School💠

New and feeling lost? Well I'm here to help! Hi, my name is Andalite and I've been around a while. I've seen a lot of newbies coming in lately and figured I should help where I can, and while I've been doing some adopting, I can't take care of everyone at once.....at least, not personally.

Below are a compilation of basic Newbie questions. If you have any to ask or add, I'd be glad to edit this post and answer them! So feel free to post questions below (^-^)

Just look for the questions you have and click the spoiler tag BELOW it for the answer!

"How Do I Get More Space/Territory?"

Space or territory is a marker of how many adult lionesses you can have at one time. Cubs and adolescents aren't counted under this. At start, you'll have very little, but don't worry! You can get more easily. For your first 40 territory slots, all you have to do is win a fight against another player. Note that these fight take 20 energy, and are based on your total stats. You must also cant attack someone too much lower than you in level.

Just go to their page and scroll down until you see the option to attack them. Change the rewards to territory, and if you win your slots will increase! You can only attack a player once per hour, and you can't spam the same player either. It can help to search up players (main males) in your level and stat range if you're planning to do this.

Once you get 40, you'll have to buy any more slots with GB

"How Do I Make SB Fast?"

Easiest way? Sell excess food to Monkey Buisness. They'll buy in bulk and if you set alarms for whenever your hunter(s) finish, you can reset and get a fair amount of SB a day.

"How Do I Make GB?"

Well, you can buy em for irl money, or for SB in Trades. You can also sell things like muts (mutations), breeding items or apps (applicators). Stock up during events and sell later, the price of items fluctuate. ;)

If youre artistic, you can also do commissions for GB, or enter competitions!

"What is CRB?"

CRB stands for Cotton Root Bark, its an item and effect that makes a lioness suffer a miscarriage apon use, and ups the chance of her bearing muts in her NEXT breeding (only the one after the loss, no more). Its not sure fire.

You can find lionesses with this effect when claiming ncls in the wild, it will be a little notif over her pic saying she lost her cubs due to cotton root bark and may have a mut next breeding. They are rarer though, so if you arent looking for a mut, consider selling her for gb!

Even if you don't see a mutation apon her litter at birth, they may still be there. Primals and Piebalds show up at birth, but some cubs are Adult Mutations, so they won't show until they're grown....you can click on the "Not Checked" in their bio next to "Mutations" and pay a small sb fee to check if they have a hidden or adult mutation.

"Fertility?"

Fertility marks how difficult it will be to breed a lioness, which can decide how many attempts (and how much energy) it will take to successfully get her pregnant. The highest Fertility (a 100% chance of pregnancy every time) is Goddess Fertility. The lowest is Infertile, which cannot naturally breed without items (go to the Quest Snake and scroll down, there are Fertility altering items just below for sale ;D).

Higher Fertility means they're more likely to have a successful breeding in just a try or two. Low or Very Low Fertility (VLF) can take 100+ attempts before a successful breeding, depending on the exact percentage they have. You can reveal the exact number in the female's page.

Why would anyone want a VLF if its so hard? Well, lower Fertility means higher mut chance! 1% Fertility girls, if you can get them pregnant, have a better chance of birthing a mut than those with a higher Fertility level, and while it can take MANY tries, it can be worth it. The Black Stallion item (which is player-sold or won in the Shuffle mini game) can be useful there, as it makes the next breeding attempt 100% successful, even if shes a 1% girl!
