Ok, hear me out here— underbite Mutation, maybe with lower fangs sticking up. Cute, right? What if it was affected by the king's karma as well? Not "karma level ups the chance of this mut", but "karma effects the LOOK if you get the mut"..... So say, good karma hits a certain number and the mut turns out with a natural smiling expression — same mut, different expression to show off the jaw. Enough evil karma and its a snarl/growl, also showing off fangs. Neutral or not enough karma for either? Its the default! Mostly the normal expression of the lioness, but accounting for the mut. Maybe it could have a low chance of inheritance, or maybe not. Idk if it would need a stat debuff, but I don't think it would be lethal. Thoughts?  |

The idea of the king's karma affecting the way a lion looks is so cool ^^ Would it not make sense if the facial expression of the king also changes, depending on his karma?  0 players like this post! Like? |

Yea, but thats an entirely new mechanic not related to muts, so I couldn't really suggest it here unless the king had the underbite mut. It is definitely something I've thought about tho 0 players like this post! Like? |

maybe it changes based on personality ? being tied to your king's karma , a completely separate lion , doesn't make much sense to me personally - if it was a personality based mutation it would make a lot more sense in my head . but right now it's a no support from me sadly 0 players like this post! That's fair, I was mainly going by how the king's karma already effects cub Personality (good or evil cubs born in the pride), so I figured there's already a tie in there code-wise that could be utilized 0 players like this post! Like? |

Basically, i think this is what they're going for anyway, the karma of the king/owner of the pride at the time of the cubs birth/conception is what influences it's look. I suppose if a king had the mutation then it would change whenever their karma changes 0 players like this post! Like? |

I think I agree with the above poster that it being based on the cub's personality would make better sense than it being based on the king's karma. I also think a mutation that changes would be too difficult to do, so that's another reason i think personality could be better. Good and maybe kind personalities could have the good face, evil and maybe snarky could have the evil face and either just neutral or neutral, kind, and snarky could have the default face. 0 players like this post!
