Does anyone know if you can use base changer to change a based to albino?

Looking for a new male to replace my king when my cooldown finishes. It's to ne my main male in my mock achromia project so need an albino base.

I picked up a primal but he's low stat and decided to go for higher stats but finding it hard to source an albino male with high enough stats that I want.

Considering buying a high stat non albino and changing base colour but wasn't sure if albino could be done
