I like to claim as many NCLs as i can and only end up chasing 99% of them... I just came back from a very long break and found that my old Karma Partners aren't even playing anymore.

Example is the first person who replied to this is getting my NCLs for 20sb/ea They are taking a break from buying for all of February. I need buyers during that time as well as people to generally buy my duds whenever they may age up.
