Personally, I would combine your Hunters cave and Nursery cave into an "others" cave and put lions you're unsure of in there.

Your main cave is of course the lions you want to keep and breed, favorites, etc. Again, personal preference here, but I wouldn't separate out the nursing/pregnant lions because I find that easier to navigate than constantly changing them around caves. Giveaway/Sell cave is perfect as it is, but If you're having trouble organizing within that den I would suggest using the footnotes and naming them (for example, putting the price somewhere or saying "GIVEAWAY")

If you do combine or get rid of a cave, you can use the last one as a project cave if you've got an active project, or if not it can be a muties or specials cave. Its up to you.

And lastly, the unsorted. I like to put the lions I put no value on in there (example, the NCLs and tree cubs, usually the lions I plan to abandon or chase without a second thought) I personally only keep the CRB NCLs to breed, and the chased lions to sell or re-chase. The rest go bye-bye

I don't quite have as many lions as you, so I don't have too many issues with my lions just yet. I realize it might still be a hassle even with the best organization system out there, but this is personally what I like to do.
