I love the idea of explore applicators, so i thought I'd make a base that can be found through explore!

This would be at a midpoint rarity between solaris encounters and skin app encounters
the goal of this is for the applicator to lose value! I want to make it accessible to newer players
I do have a blue version of this planned, hopefully as a demiurge combo base! looking for demiurge/sidreal/stratosphere + silver/pewter/korat =Starburst (blue supernova)
