How to Make SB/GB On Lioden This is a WIP of the most common question asked on lioden. Explore Exploring will give you encounters to claim NCL, find items, and get event currency. Feathers and small carcasses can be sold on branches for quests. Large Leaves and Rocks sell for 100+sb each. There's tons of items that may be found in explore, all of which have varying values, so be sure to check their value by searching them in the item catalogue to look at branch and TC prices HERE! Be sure to keep your king fed to keep energy coming in! Hunting This is one of the first ways you can make SB on Lioden. The very first thing you want to do is get enough space for 5-10 lionesses and make them all hunters. You want to hunt in groups of four at least, preferable 5 so that you lionesses start bringing back big carcasses right away. Do not sell large 60% carcasses to the Monkey, as you can sell 100 uses of 60% large carcasses for 1GB in the Trading Center. You can sell single use of 60% hunger carcasses for 10sb on branches. Here is the hunting page. Here is the wiki article on expanding your territory, it's a little confusing for new players. Games This is the other way you can immediately start making SB/GB. There are two games you should be playing every day, which are Reptile Roundup and Serengeti Shuffle. Reptile Roundup is just like Snake, and you want to get 80-100 points. Weirdly enough, I find the "hard" mode to be easier to gain points than the easy mode. Serengeti Shuffle is like Bejeweled (which I love), and you want to try to get 3500+ plus points. There are backgrounds that are pretty rare that are available at 4444+ points that sell for a good chunk of GB, but a lot of the 3500-4444 prizes are worth 1gb a piece so don't fret if you can't get over 4444. Also, it's a little depressing to try a bunch to get 4444+ and then just get a snakeskin or a décor no one wants, so some folks try to keep it in the 3500-4444 range. Newly Claimed Lionesses Keep claiming lionesses in explore until you reach dreamboat, in which the lionesses will always be in heat. Newly Claimed Lionesses, or NCLs, can be sold fairly easily when in heat, and most will sell for 20-25SB, and can be made into bulk trades. However, once you're dreamboat you have a chance to encounter a few different type of special NCLs. One, is NCL exclusive special bases, which will sell in heat for 100sb-150sb. More rare are chased NCLs. These are lions that others have chased that will show up as potential NCLs. In heat, these are worth anywhere from 100sb to a couple GB, depending on marks, bases and other attributes. BO or highly marked chased NCLs are worth quite a bit! (If you're curious what is BO look at the BO FAQ guide HERE) However, the rarest, and most valuable, type of NCL are CRB, or Cotton Root Bark, NCLs. CRB NCLs have a text above their names that reads "This lioness lost a litter due to Cotton Root Bark. She has an increased chance of mutated cubs in her next litter." CRB NCLs sell for 2GB, but may sell for more if they are chased or have other in demand qualities. You can buy items to resell, or selling currency in auctions in the forum. I will expand on this later WIP Art If you are artistically inclined, you can make GB selling art. Keep in mind, it's incredibly competitive as there are many skilled artists and there are strict rules on Free to Use bases... but there are plenty of buyers. In fact, some players play lioden just to sell items to buy art. This is the forum where you can sell art. Here are the art-related rules. Lions It is very difficult to generate currency easily as a new player using lions. It's a decent learning curve to gained the lions that sell well, but a decent rule of them is that Breed Only is much better at holding it's price and muties will at least have people willing to buy them.
