PLEASE? I just had 4 BACK TO BACK encounters in explore, of the SAME hyena encounter. I'm not even on any quests for Laharu right now. And normally in explore, every other step is a hyena encounter. All of the other encounters for this month rarely ever show up anymore, because every encounter is the one with the chuckling hyenas you can fight and/or the ones you can fight or chase away. It's CONSTANT. And it's getting very annoying and frustrating, cause all of the other event encounters for June are BARELY showing up anymore. Oh, but we can be SURE that when the time comes for Laharu to ask us to defeat x amount of hyenas, the hyena encounters that ALWAYS show up, will barely show up when we're on a quest for them. I'd bet on it. It's not bad luck with RNG. My sister has the same issue on her main and side account. I'm having this issue on my main and side account. It's been happening since Laharu appeared as an option in the event page. Please, for the love of everything, reduce the chance for them to appear or increase the chance for the other event encounters to appear? |

This might just be me, but I've noticed that when I'm /not/ on a quest for Laharu, I barely see any hyena encounters. When I /am/ on a quest for Laharu, the hyena encounters are rampant. If you're seeing a metric ton of hyena encounters when you're /not/ on a quest for Laharu, maybe it's a bug? Maybe it's just really, really bad RNG? I'd double check to make sure you are, in fact, /not/ on a quest for Laharu. I know I've taken quests from him and then had forgotten I'd done so. Then I was wondering what was up with all the hyena encounters, checked, saw I was indeed on a quest for Laharu. Finished the quest and bam, the hyena encounters stopped showing up in droves. Just a thought. Hope it gets sorted out for you guys either way. c:  0 players like this post! Like? |

Tbh the Chuckling yeens and the one protecting the carcass are the only ones you really gotta ignore as the others give LBs, but it does seem like its bad RNG issue, as ive used a full energy bar and gotten neither chuckling or protecting, but a ton of the ones that give LBs, the 2 yeens fighting over a bone and one looking at you in the encounter, and other event encounters We're kinda supposed to have a ton of yeen encounters due to the event in general, but it doesnt seem different than the other years tbh 0 players like this post! Like? |
