This event is mostly based on battling & exploring, but to be honest a lot of the applicators/etc this month aren't worth the grind to a lot of people/are hard to sell later on and most of the store's items are actually decor.

Honestly, I wouldn't do any preparation for it, just explore whenever your bar is full, you can look at the encounters you'll be facing here - but just be warned a lot of them are graphic/uncomfortable.
