RULES:
- must provide 20 barks, no matter the cooldown (+ 3 if using CRB)
- must provide buffy balls, aging stones for ones you want to keep and IBF
- must provide a stud fee for whatever stud you want
- you will always pick first, but you WILL NOT get all cubs in a litter
- if you dont want any cubs thats fine! they will be chased/killed
