All just rough ideas! Now just what is going on here?! [Side With the Bunnies] [Side With the Hyena] [Side With the Lion] (all result in) -> Are you going by the masks, or the type of creature under them…? This is getting out of hand… CONTEXT: A couple of April explore encounters indicate other animals running around in disguises. It could be fun to see them all bump into each other (there's no confirmed bunny dressing as a hyena so far - I've taken a bit of creative liberty there :p) --- You spot Wenet amid an astronomical crowd of lionesses. She describes it as an annual "cousin convention". Just how many cousins does this lady have? CONTEXT: At the end of the April event, Wenet will give you an opportunity to claim either her or one of her cousins. Wenet's cousins are randomly generated from a set pool of attributes, and take on a wide variety of unique appearances. This encounter would riff on how many different 'cousins' of hers appear to exist out there. --- [Dec] Through the flurry of snow, you can make out Wenet and another lioness. They appraise each other, startled, before the stranger rushes forward to embrace your lagomorphic oddball. Wenet, stiff with shock, eventually returns the gesture. It looks like a reunion. Something about the two of them together stirs something faintly in your pride memory… [Observe] -> The other lioness draws Wenet away, gushing about good timing - she’d just taken down a large prey animal. Lunch is on her! Fortunately, this is a joyous and bountiful season despite the cold, and no one has to go hungry anymore. CONTEXT: In the January event, you can encounter a pair of starving cubs. One of them looks quite familiar! Interacting with this encounter has a chance of dropping one of two decors. Here's one, "Rüppell's Revenge": And here is the other, "Starving Cub", who almost appears to be reacting to their sister being carried away: I should disclaim I'm not sure where they intend to take this thread, so I can definitely understand if this would be too inconsistent with their vision with it, but I always thought it would be sweet to see them reunite, or elaborate some other way on this backstory element.
