May is coming up, which means with a new month comes a new base. I had thought of the war paints that are used in some of the May Event's images and wondered what they would be made of; Charcoal, clay, mud, maybe pollen, ground up bone/ivory or even blood. But clay really stuck with me. When I think of clay, I think of the bright red Clay Hills and the clay I used to use in my spare time as a child as sensory play. It was a very rich shade of red. Along with the base, I have provided a mane suggestion as well as put some mutations over the base to give you a better idea of what it could look like. I hope you love this one as much as I do.
