As the moon was shrouded in clouds, Leah gazed out her window. As a servant in the royal family of the Selviors, she had no choice but to work there... for very little pay. Her beautiful blue eyes were glazed with worry.

As she made her way to the Prince's room, she hesitated. From day one, she'd been assigned to care for him, but her shyness and wounded pride had prevented her from looking him in the eye. She knocked on the door, calling out quietly.

"Your Majesty, your sheets must be changed before you sleep. May I come in?" A wallowing fear erupted inside her belly. As long as she managed to take his sheets, put new ones in, and leave, her duty for the day would be done.
