Conservation Journals
Conservation Journals are guides made by and for The Lioden Conservatory (LDC), a clan dedicated to the preservation of rare breed-only traits. We began our guide series after seeing many of our members who were new to Lioden struggling to understand parts about the game, and members recently getting into breed-only traits having difficulty with more complex parts of the game. In addition, many of the guides we had previously been referring users towards, or guides we noticed others referring new players towards, were out of date, badly worded, or just outright confusing. So that set us out to eventually create the Conservation Journals! Originally, these were just going to be posted in the form of Google Docs on our clan's page, however, when I first started showing WIP versions of the guides to users requesting them, they wanted to see the guide on the Lioden forums. That led us to decide to make every single Conservation Journal made by the LDC public, in order to help spread this knowledge and help the general player base of Lioden.

All of our guides are written by Clan Journalists, which consist of our admins and a select few trusted members. All guides are thoroughly vetted for accuracy before being added to this list, and if a guide is severely out of date or inaccurate, it will be removed and the user's Clan Journalist position reevaluated. You can tell if a guide was written by a Clan Journalist because it'll have LDC's Swanky official HTML, aka, the one you're looking at right now! Unless it predates LDC, it will have this HTML.
Currently, the Clan Journalists only consist of admins.

We do not, and will never, open applications for this position. If we would like you to join our team, it will be offered to you in private.

This is simply a thread to consolidate all the guides into one place, for easy linking purposes. Not only that, but this is also the new hub of Conservation Journals, including where you will be able to request new guides! Please leave all inquiries about specific guides to that guide's thread, as it just keeps this thread much cleaner.
In order to request a guide, simply just reply to this thread with the guide you would like to see, and any additional details if you have any! Thank you!
