Tiny QoL Adjustments

* All "Dust" eye applicators have had their names changed to "Fragments" (e.g "Dust: Amethyst" is now "Fragments: Amethyst") to help differentiate between gem base applicators and gem eye applicators. Thank you, [△] Nadir (#108458)!
* All herb items have had their names prefixed with "Herb" (e.g. "Buchu" is now "Herb: Buchu"). Thank you, Terrinthia [G1 Jellyfish] (#97101)!
* All Shiny Rock items have had their names changed from "Shiny [Colour] Rock" to "Shiny Rock [Colour]" (e.g. "Shiny Red Rock" is now "Shiny Rock [Red]"). Thank you, 🦣 kirill . · · (#417126)!
