Milky Way is a Black Dark Countershaded Special Base (here shown with Lilac skin and Stellar eyes).
This is specifically meant to be a combo base for some of our favorite July BO bases, Prismatic/Ambrosia/Sunset/Dawn x Stratosphere/Leonid/Constellation.


Other factors that could be added are Rhubarb, Maroon or Cimmerian.

If this base ever gets added please don't make it month locked < /3
