I imagine it would / should be breedable during August and/or July, and then, only during Dry Season outside those months with Inolaris x Inolaris parents.
Or, more specifically, during July at nighttime, and August during the daytime.

Anyhow, ignoring how awful my attempt looks, here it is both naked, and sporting the Corrupted (Patches) Mutation. I attempted a Daedal (Piebald) version, but it was too fugly around the edges, so with the patches we shall stay.
