I imagine it would be a 'any time of year' combo base, that or it would be specifically available for breeding in February. I wouldn't put too many restrictions or qualifications on it, only that it be more easily available like the combos for Soul, or Olive- available anytime as long as your lioness and stud have the correct bases for it!
