New base suggestion first time ever doing one.

But i had the idea to make a unique base off of the Sir Lanka Pit viper.

If i had to put it i would make it a june only base because its snake influence and it could be crafted or put in the event shop.

Id make it either a black solid medium special or cream light solid special. (Just because theres not alot of special bases in there)

The genetics and the base name is up for suggestions? Maybe.
