SECTION 1: INTRODUCTION
About Raffle Lionesses:

Raffle Lionesses are raffled off every week! Anyone with Dreamboat status and 50 can enter for a chance to win her, granted you have at least one (1) territory space available. Just as a reminder, having no free territory space means she WILL roll to the next winner. So please ensure you have a free space in anticipation that you may win!

There is a completely new Raffle Lioness every Friday!

What makes a Raffle Lioness so special?

Raffle Lionesses are special for a few reasons. Their main purpose is to release new and/or rare markings to the public, as well as new bases and traits including; eyes, skin, mane shapes, and mane colors.

They are also usually very breed-only trait and marking heavy, including the base, which is always a breed-only rare or special Base.

However, they have also been popularized by the community via cloning.

Cloning a Lioness is when you use the Crunchy Worm breeding item (25% chance per litter) to get an exact copy of your Lioness. It is also possible to breed a clone without using this item, but it's rare.

☆ How do I know I've won a Raffle Lioness?

When you win a Raffle Lioness, you'll be greeted with the "Won Her Heart!" Achievement as well as a message letting you know she is now in your pride.

What happens after I win?
Your new Lioness will be in your den in your Unsorted Cave. She is completely yours to do whatever you wish now!

Your Private Messages will automatically be turned off to avoid spam messages from other users. You are free to keep your messages off, but if you need help turning them on, continue to the Spoiler below.

SECTION 2: TIPS & ADVICE
Quick Tips on Selling your RL and her Heats

☆ What can I do with my Raffle Lioness?

You are free to do whatever you'd like with your Raffle Lioness! She picked you for a reason after all, so it is fully up to you. Never feel obligated to sell your special lioness. Even with the tempt of a lot of money. She is one of a kind, after all.

You may receive some messages from people after opening DMs asking if you plan to sell your Raffle Lioness or her heats. Many will offer GB, items, and other lions.

- The worth of RLs tend to vary depending on how popular she was during the Raffle, so there is no official pricing. This also goes for their heats. However, most RLs are valued above 1,000 We recommend getting second opinions from other users if you're looking to accept the best offer you can possibly get.

- If you're looking to sell your Raffle Lioness, you can always put her up for offers (we recommend without a buyout, or a buyout above 1000 GB) on the Trading Center, or make a forum thread in the Sales forums in Chatter. Auctions are also a great method! Either for her or her heats.

- You can also offer to sell her heats by opening up her Reverse Breeding option (below Update Lion) with a set price, or you can make a forum thread in the Reverses Breeding forums in Chatter. We recommend 100+ GB if you're unsure of pricing.

SECTION 3: BREEDING
Breeding your RL
It is recommended to breed her, and there are a few methods depending on what you are aiming for.

Breeding for Clones
In order to breed for a clone, the main item you should use is a Crunchy Worm.

A Crunchy Worm is a Breeding item sold by Nirah during October. You can apply a Crunchy Worm to a Lioness, and this triggers a 25% chance of the mother's entire looks (aside from mutation) to pass. A Crunchy worm rolls per litter, not per cub, so you can only get one clone from a Crunchy worm each litter.

No other items are necessary to breed a clone.

Breeding Items

Breeding Items are special items that can either be applied to a King or a Lioness.
You can find the full list of breeding items on the Wiki here (as of now, it seems to be under progress. We will be sure to update you as soon as this page is up).

The main breeding item you should use on a RL, if you're hoping for a clone, is a **Crunchy Worm.** Once applied to a Lioness, there is a 25% chance per litter (not per cub) of her entire looks passing with the exception of her mutation.

Breeding for Near Raffle Lioness Clones

Near Clones are lions bred from RLs and RLCs. They're usually pretty close to being a RLC but missing a few traits, such as the base, some markings, etc.
It is always possible to breed a NRLC (Near Raffle Lioness Clone) without use of items, however the below steps always increase your chances of a NRLC being born with the most traits!

- Applying a to your Lioness to guarantee her nose, eyes, Mane Shape and Color, all pass.

- Breed to a stud that is either; A clone or Near clone, or a stud with the same base and/or markings of a RLC. This increases the chance of the base and markings passing. If you can not find an appropriate stud, a stud with the same base (or a combo base with the same genetics) with NO markings works as well.

- Using a Grain of Paradise or a Buffalo Scrotum. While these do NOT increase clone chances with Crunchy Worms, they do increase the amount of cubs, which allows for more chances of breeding a NRLC.
These steps could always potentially breed you a natural Clone (without a crunchy worm), however this is very rare.

☆ SECTION 4: ABOUT YOUR LION ☆
Bases
All recent Raffle Lionesses have either Rare or Special breed only bases. These bases can range from Event bases, to Combo bases, etc.
There are some exceptions, such as Common, Uncommon, July Special Bases, and Hybrid Bases, that are not currently released on Raffle Lionesses.

Occassionally new Event Bases make it into the game, and like markings, are released through Raffle Lionesses.

The best way to spread a new base is through Crunchy Worms.

However, you can also stud to Combo Base studs if there is no stud available with your brand new base. Breeding to a Combo base stud allows for the same pass rate as if you were breeding to a stud with the new base.

Other Traits
Raffle Lionesses are usually released with Breed Only nose color, eye color, Mane Shape, and Mane color.
This is not always the case, and it possible for an RL to be released with one or more non-breed only traits.

Occassionally new colors for these traits are released, and the best way to breed for them is by using their respective breeding item.
Rock Salt to guarantee nose pass.
Opal Saltlick to guarantee eye color pass.
Ochre Saltlick to guarantee Mane Shape and Mane Color pass.

Although this is 2021 raffle lioness, please note how she has ALL BO traits. Generally, with most modern RLs, they’re all, if not mostly, BO.

This is still, ultimately, a work in progress and may be updated overtime. Suggestions and fixes are always welcome, so feel free to leave them!
