I'm very new to creating custom decor! What is the normal timeline for custom decor approval?

My first attempt was rejected with some nice feedback in like 2 days or less. I cleaned up my art to better match Lioden's style, following that feedback, and resubmitted on Jan 14th. It's now the 21st and I've had no reply except I think a change to the very bottom line (not a reply per se) that indicates moderation claimed the ticket on the 18th? Is it normal to wait a week? 2 weeks? Longer? I'm fine either way, I just don't know what to expect.
