• I reserve the right to refuse a commission before it is taken. If I am unable to complete a commission due to complications, I may ask for an extension or give a full refund.
• Stripping my artwork of my watermark, claiming one of my designs as your own, tracing my art or stealing my work will result in a blacklist.
• Blacklisted users may not purchase commissions from me. This includes going through a third party.
• I will not make or draw anything NSFW of including hate towards any person or people. I do not do fetish artwork.
• In this thread, I am only drawing dragons and dinosaurs (I will draw pop tribes and closed species as long as it is a character that is registered to their masterlist. Please provide a masterlist link if this is the case.)
• Do not buy with what you don’t have.
• Please include your favorite fruit somewhere in your form to ensure you have read my TOS
• I am only taking the currencies listed in this thread.
• Unless otherwise stated or asked, I do not take payment plans.
• Payment should be sent after I have delivered a rough sketch. Failure to pay within 48 hours will result in me dropping your commission unless a payment plan has been discussed with me.
• I reserve the right to post any piece I make to my social medias. Proper credit will be given to the owners.
• Unless it is a design, please include a clear picture of your character! I will not do characters by description.
• My designs come with a 5 day cooldown. They cannot be traded or sold during this time.
• Do not sell my designs for more than you paid for them unless commissioned art is added. Gifted and personal art add no value. Trading wipes a designs value until commissioned art is added.
