Advertisement is a large part of lioden which often causes a lot of issues and stress, and in more cases than not accidental false advertisement. This guide is a brief instruction on how to deal with False advertisements and how to avoid doing them yourself.

What is 'False Advertisement'?
False advertisement is advertisement of an asset or thing under the predemptions that it is one thing when it is in fact not that and is something else. This is often seen in the RLC/NRLC/Revived RL market and is based entirely on other people's judgements of what something is; however, there are some very blatant false advertisements we can point out.

In order to avoid false advertisement, you should make sure your asset actually meets all the requirements of something you are advertising, we'll use an NRLC as our example:

typically an NRLC must have 7 or more common attributes with the OG RL, anything below that is more often than not NOT considered an NRLC. Anything below 5 attributes is not an NRLC in my personal opinion.

Make sure to note down in the lion's biography what markings/attributes it shares with the OG RL and note down how many it is. Let's say you have 3/15 traits and advertise it as an NRLC - this, in fact, is not an NRLC and will get people to avoid your trade. I would instead suggest advertising it as either a high BO or RLC cub.

This logic can be placed upon the same kind of idea about RL revival lines, we'll use a false RL revival lioness as our example:

A revived RL is an RLC of the OG RL which was recreated via a long [or short] breeding process in order to recreate the RL exactly in order to 'revive' the line and make her public again [so spreading the clones] or having her private for your own cloning use. Let's say you chose to change the eye colour of this specific 'Revived RL' from the OG design and still advertise it as a Revived Rl/RLC - this is false advertising. Unless she is an exact copy she is going to be labelled as an NRLC, or you can alternatively label her as a MRLC [Modified raffle lioness clone] and these would both be true labels, unlike labelling her as a RLC.

Please note this guide is not complete and there are several grammatical errors which will be updated with time.
