This marking app(s) would only be available during the month of February to buy from the Flirt shop,(I think it might fit with the theme of the February event). The app(s) would have the effect of the Random Marking Applicator but it would only add markings from other February apps and it would be completely random.
If you make it one item then it should be called 'sugar and spice' if it's one thing or if it's two separate things then just 'sugar' and 'spice'.

Two separate items:
(Would use heart shels to buy) 'Sugar' would randomly give markings form the Flirt Shop
(Would use silver beetles to buy) 'Spice' would randomly give items form the Slap Shop

One item: (would use heart shells to buy)
'Sugar and Spice' it would take markings form both events
