This will be the new version of the original though I may add a few changes! murderthistle | they/it/any (#230278) will be helping me with further plot lines, drama etc Please use the OOC below for any questions or just general chatter! OOC After a magical instability happened creatures or to humans monsters, crawled out of rifts from their world into the human one. The humans being frightened of these so called monsters send them to facilities to be studied however more and more of them began escaping hiding themselves amongst the humans, however they all have their own section of town that they live and thrive in near the facility away from the humans. Although a few humans venture too close and find the creatures thriving. Now of course remember there is always the possibility THAT YOU CAN BE SENT BACK TO THE FACILITY! (Your choice of course pm me if you wish for that to happen and have your character escape or stuff like that again) Also you were out there under the illusion that the government wanted to make sure the humanoids were safe and healthy and not going to hurt people but they just want to learn how they can weaponize their existence or use it against people. Though that might be discovered later in the story and the characters will find a better place to hide from the government. Humans have mixed emotions about the humanoids, some strongly dislike them while others don’t mind their existence. Ash She had been hiding out in her house now for a while. She stared at the facility she and all the creatures like her had been sent to. She hated that place, and felt really sorry for anyone still trapped in it. She knew more and more creatures had escaped but she had been hiding in her house for so long she didnt know how many had actually escaped. She just knew she wanted that facility to be shut down, never let anyone have to go through it again. She walked out of her house cautiously and looked around for any signs of life around her. Shade Shade much like Ash had no idea how many creatures had escaped, if any. He honestly didnt even know that Ash escaped. He wanted to go in there and free anyone he could. Sadly he knew if he did that by himself he would just be captured and put right along beside those he tried to save. He also looked around for signs of life. Hoping to see someone anyone really." Guess its me and my thoughts for now." he stated as he sat down in the grass and stared up at the sky, his feathery wings spread out behind him. Keru She sat quietly under a tree. She honestly hoped her brother Quinn was somewhere in that facility but honestly she had no idea. She hoped any poor creatures in there would escape and be free, find the tiny town they had created and join them so they could all be safe. 0 players like this post! Atlas He looked just like a normal human walking down the street from the adjacent city waving at people and enjoying his time walking back home. He felt confident and comfortable walking among the humans because he technically was a human, a human with wings and powers but a human nonetheless. When Atlas came up to the town boundary he walked across and stopped the masking that he did to hide his beautiful and gorgeous wings and outstretched them before taking a quick flight monitoring the town making sure that everyone is safe and that no scientists had found them 0 players like this post! Vulkan - Vulkan growled a grunt of annoyance as he tossed in his bed trying to sleep despite the light blazing through the window. Using 2 arms to hug into his pillow and the other 2 to pull the blanket over his head. Practically praying for no one to interupt as he tried sleeping on a empty stomach. 0 players like this post! Ori Air hissed through Ori’s vocal structures into a deep, resigned sigh as it turned back, wondering how far it had gone, who might have followed…Whether or not it could set up a few snares where there might be game. Max Max was in his room in the middle of the night. It was late, a silence had fallen over the house. The only thing that gave him some semblance of knowing he was awake was the constant light tapping of the oak tree outside his window. It was like morse code, if Morse code spammed a bunch of random letters. He tossed and turned, he never slept well unless he was dead tired. The days where he had to stay inside because of the rain making his usual favorite spaces likely to flood were dull and lifeless. He grumbled, checking the time. Four in the morning. Great. Atlas landing in a nearby alley on the outskirts of town he wanted to do a perimeter check so he walked along the fence that surrounded the town he had already finished his fly over so now he was going to see if there was a break in the fence or a person hiding in the abandoned houses. Kestrel was sat in a tree near the outskirts of town. She didn't want to see anyone and her back was to the facility. She had a small house but it fell to much like her old cage for her to sleep comfortably in it. Instead she just sat in the tree next to it and quietly muttered to herself.
