If you're not breeding for anything specific or don't have any goals in mind, the most important thing for you is that you enjoy it! BO marks will be desirable for people if you want to have some focus on people studding to you, but you get more luck if they're rarer or in more demand marks.

I personally go for whoever has the most marks when I king, mostly because that has the most potential for future cubs!

All that said, I like the second one!

As everyone else here has said, it only matters if you wish to care about it. If you're happy with one of those lions as kings, king them! You probably won't make much off of studs, but if I'm being honest, a desirable stud is so expensive to get it will take a long time to profit. (Evidence: my current king.)

All of that aside, I also prefer the second cub out of the ones shared here.

Really it depends what you are looking for in an heir. Some people breed for looks, BO traits, mutation, certain bases, etc. If you are looking for a lion people will stud to, you may want to seek out an heir with desirable traits, heritage, and or a mutation. If you are just wanting pretty looks alone then just pick one that looks prettiest to you, and I would recommend the one with the most markings so that his cubs will not be super potatoey.
