The scrotum only lasts for one breeding, the effect triggers after the things before it in the rolled order has been rolled, just means she didn’t pass the 25% chance she had for each cub, next breeding you will need to use another lion scrotum if you want the chance of her passing a dwarf there

Most item descriptions are not clear. Just means that if a mut without the scrote is rolled the lion scrote will not roll onto that cub, it’s very unclear but in short answer, you will need to use another

It says "effect triggers last" as in "effect triggers 6th" (according to roll order). Not as in "it lasts the x amount of time/the x number of breedings"

Though IT IS unclear. Especially that the describtion doesn't show the roll order
