I had a Quick Question about Ochre Powders and how the RNG works.

We know that using one increases mark passing chances to 10% with one parent up to 20% if used by the mother and father.

It is also generally well studied that Markings pass about 50% of the time when not duelling with a different mark in the same slot and an even higher chance of passing if both parents have the mark in question.

My question is what exactly does "stack" mean. Like, hypothetically, if the pass rate for two lions with the same marks is 75%, would the marks then roll two times with an 85% chance or would it roll for a combined 95% chance only once?

This is a bit anecdotal, but I recently had experience with doing roughly 100 breedings with on females that had the same marks as my king in slots 1-10. Every litter had at least a buffy and 2 ochre powders applied. Every litter had the minimum 3 cubs that the buffy guaranteed, but maybe 25% had the max of 4 cubs, and I found that on average 1 cub per litter gained all the marks.

My rough estimate has been that a mark has a max of 50% chance of passing without ochre powder (given that both parents have the mark in the same slot), but roughly a 70% chance with both parents given the ochre powder.

I've done several mark-to-mark breeds with Ochre Powder and gotten pretty good results. Nearly 100% all marks passed, so I was thinking the rate was more:

50% if Mark x Blank Slot
75% if Mark x Mark
and maybe to 95% if Mark x Mark + Ochre Powder

I'm doing a Breeding like this tomorrow so MAYBE if i can remember/contain myself, I can take some data down....
