hello ! this is woxi. i'm a children's books illustrator and writer, and art teacher, and also recently started my own business around the tiny animals i like to sculpt. i've been doing art for nearly 3 decades and have always been particularly fond of depicting animals and animal characters. though i am based in the uk nowadays, i am eastern european so my work is very heavily inspired by the old storybooks i grew up with !

i always strive to put so much charm and personality into everything i create. i get very attached to my subjects, and i am very attached to my own lions. our characters bring us so much joy and delight, and i want that love to always reflect in my depiction of them.

✦ FULL BODY (per one lion) - 50 GB / 25 USD
+ add cub for 20 GB / 10 USD
+ if more than 8 markings add an extra 20 GB / 10 USD
+ if more than 3 decorations add an extra 30 GB / 15 USD
✦ PORTRAIT (per one lion) - 30 GB / 15 USD
+ if decorated add an extra 15 GB / 7 USD

i do other animals and creatures too, not just lions !

if paying in gold beetles you can pay either 50% or 100% upfront. for usd it is 100% upfront via paypal (due to fees per transaction, sorry TT). prices are negotiable, toggle spoiler for trade wishlist.

i am a new user so i understand if there's anxiety around upfront payment ! but i am a professional illustrator and this is how i make my living, and i am playing lioden under the same handle and email i've been using for my business and work for 10+ years. so please don't worry about me running off or anything like that.

✨ POSES ✨

lions come in all sizes and shapes and poses, and i want to draw many diverse ones ! long lions, chonky lions, aging lions, baby lions, lions with their cubs, cuddling lions, prancing lions, sleepy lions - the list goes on and on. please let me know what you'd like ! if you have a specific pose in mind, or want their teeth showing, or their tail curled in a heart shape, please make sure to include that with your request. if unspecified i will draw them based on their in game image.

i don't offer backgrounds at the moment. the lion drawings come in sticker form with transparent backgrounds.

✨ PROCESS ✨

i want each lion to be as authentic to themself as possible, so i draw them the same way they are made here on lioden - marking layer by marking layer, from the base up ! therefore lions with a lot of markings, or very complex markings, or many colours will take longer to draw. i will always strive to have your lion completed in about two weeks' time , and will make sure to keep you updated should anything come up.

if your lion has a bio or you want to send a little blurb about them i'd love to read it ! it's nice to know about the lions i am drawing. this is not necessary though so don't worry about writing something in with your request.
