This is pretty simple! You just comment a strange food combination that you like then the person after you rates it and says theirs! For example:

I'll start! I really like putting white balsamic vinegar in my yogurt. We have a type of vinegar that's flavored and it's really sweet tasting and it adds a kick of flavor when I add it to plain yogurt.
