It's morning, early morning. Bleary-eyed and tired, you walk over to the pride's healer, Oku as she is looking at her inventory. She notices you and chuffs with a pleasant expression.
“Hello FairyLondonFairy, How are you feeling this morning? I was thinking about going to get more herbs, but you know my legs aren't quite as quick as they once were. I could use some help. I need herbs to help heal the young ones after they train. Could you go down to the watering hole and get a few?”


A. “Absolutely not, old woman. Who do you think you are? I am the king of this pride. Ask someone else.” You stomp away.
B. “Of course I can! Anything for my favorite lady. I will go down shortly. Let me know if you need anything else.”
C. ~Panic~ “Oh, uh…sure. Ive never…ya know… uh done this before. So what should i look for or…”

You bound away to the watering hole. As you walk around the water, enjoying the sun, and picking the herbs you find, you see a small figure hiding behind a rock.

A: Ignore the small figure. I have to get the herbs to Oku
B: Run up on the figure. “I am a little hungry, maybe its a meerkat”
C: Keep your distance and watch
D: Gently and quietly walk up to the figure. The curiosity is killing you

You gently and quietly walk up to the figure. You know you typically are a rather imposing figure so you crouch just slightly to make yourself smaller. Once you get closer you realize that the figure is a pair of cubs. One is looking at you with an intense fear, the others eyes are closed and is not moving. As you creep closer to the cubs, the one that is staring at you puffs up as much as they can and they attempt to roar to scare you off.

A. Lie down nearby to show you mean no harm
B. Offer the cub a small piece of food that you had with you
C. Your choice.

Sensing the cubs fear, you pull out a small piece of the prey you recently hunted and gently place it in front of the cubs. The scared cub looks at you and then the piece of food multiple times, finally realizing you aren't going to hurt them they go to eat. When they move you realize the other cub has not moved and looks hurt. You notice its covered in blood and there are multiple gashes on its legs.

A. Let the cub know that you want to bring their friend to Oku to heal them
B: Try to heal the cub yourself with the herbs you have now

Remembering the lessons with Oku, you take the herbs you have and start to chew them to create a poultice and apply them to the cubs wounds. "There was something else Oku did...what wasss it? Think think..." You mutter under your breath. At this point, the other cub realizes what you are doing and nuzzles his friend to comfort him. "OH! Right!" You close your eyes and begin to focus on the sounds around you, the wind and the sun beating down on your back "Spirits of the savannah, grant your healing touch. Let the earth mend your wounds and the sun restore your strength. Be healed, little one"

A: Wait to see if the cub wakes up
B: pick up the cub in your mouth and take him back to the pride
C: Have both cubs on your back and walk back to the pride.

"We need to get them back to my pride. Its okay, no one will hurt you there. But I have someone that might be able to help. Im going to lie down and you will need to drag your friend on my back do you think you can?" The little cub nods and does as you say. Both cubs eventually are on your back with some struggle and you get back to your pride as fast as you can go. Oku greets you and waits for the herbs until she sees the babies. She gingerly takes the cub off your back and goes back to her apothecary. You and the other cub follow and watch as she works her magic. Oku raises her head and starts chanting, in that moment the wind begins to blow, faster and faster until....it stops. Everything gets quiet and the cub opens her eyes. You invite both of the cubs to stay with you and they agree.

During your patrols with your submale Momo, you notice a secluded cave. As you get closer you hear the cackles of a group of hyenas near by. You look at Momo wearily but keep getting closer. Walking up to the cave entrance you see a form breathing heavily on the floor of the cave surrounded in blood. You realize that its a lioness, one that you havent seen before. You and Momo run in and check on her. You both see that she is alive and breathing but weak. At this time, you tell Momo to go get the others as the hyena pack was close by. Momo takes off as fast as his legs could take him. You wait at the entrance of the cave keeping an eye on the lioness, when you hear the footsteps of another animal. Out of the bushes comes the pack of hyenas. They notice you both and start that manic laughter they love to do. Your fur bristles. What do you do next?

1. Try to move the lioness deeper into the cave to get her away from the hyenas
2. Charge at the biggest hyena
3. Stay in the mouth of the cave waiting for the hyenas to strike.

You charge at the biggest hyena, taking her down with ease and move swiftly to the next one. During the struggle, you notice 2 of the smaller hyenas running into the cave at the hurt lioness. You pounce at the two and throw them out of the cave by their necks. You turn around and roar the fiercest roar you could and smirk at the hyenas that were left. They look at each other in confusion and back at you. You look past them at your pride sneaking up on them ready to pounce. The hyenas look behind them and realize they are surrounded and start to run. 2 of your lionesses and Momo run after them. The others help you get the hurt lioness up on your back and you bring her home.
