The base price of customs and references includes a single pose with no extra add-ons. Pose(s) can be anything you require.
Unusual anatomy such as double arms, double tails, extra eyes, wings, horns, etc., does not add to the price for any of the above options.

- ToS and prices will be changed at my discretion. It is your responsibility to keep yourself informed and up to date. I always recommend at least skimming over my entire page before ordering to avoid unnecessary issues.

- I can decline any order for any reason.
- I can cancel an order at any stage of the process for any reason. In this instance you will receive a full refund.
- You can only cancel your order at the sketch stage and receive a 50% refund. Any later and no refund will be issued. Sketch commissions cannot be refunded.
- Payment is to be sent upfront, right after the commission is accepted. I will not begin working until the payment is received.

- You can request updates of each stage or wait until I'm finished to see it. This does not apply to sketch commissions, they get finished too quickly. I recommend allowing updates for your Special and Scene commissions because of the level of detail involved, but ultimately it is up to you if you want to be bugged about the process.

- Time for individual pieces can vary between 1-10 days. I am a student so my time is a little divided, but I do try to deliver in a timely manner. You will be informed of any delays, please do not rush me.

- I do not support any AI services. Do not feed my art to any of these services.
- I do not support NFTs. Do not convert my art into an NFT.
- Do not use my art for your own business, my art is not for commercial use. (Company logos, tattoo designs, prints to resell, etc.)
- Do not resell my art, customs, or adoptables at a higher price than the one you got it at, unless more art is added.
- Gifting and trading is allowed.
- If you wish to post my art anywhere, be sure to credit properly and use a watermarked version.
- You can use my art for your personal profiles (profile pics, banners, etc.) with credit (toyhouse listed below).
