1. Any art and/or design I create as a paid commission can be added to this forum page as an example of my work. However, if you don't want your Lioden ID included, let me know :)

2. Be respectful to me. If you cannot treat me with basic decency, I both can and WILL cancel your commission & you will not be able to re-commission me in the future.
> If you are going to be unavailable / unreachable for a couple of days during the commission process, tell me. Do not randomly stop responding and turn up a week later saying you were on holidays.
> If you stop responding to me after completing a sketch and before sending payment to continue work, I will not chase you up on it. It's on you to remember you were trying to commission me lol.

3. Do not ask for unwatermarked pieces, OR attempt to remove my watermark yourself. Do not claim that my art/design is yours.

4. Payment is required before I will work past a sketch. Once you approve the sketch, you must send me the payment or I will not continue to the linework / colouring / shading etc..

5. Be patient. I am a college student - I go in to the actual building Monday to Thursday, and have online work to complete on Fridays. I can only put a few hours of work in during those days; commissions are most likely completed on the weekends when I have the time to sit down.
> It is expected for commissions to take at least 1 week to complete depending on the time the order was placed, as most of my work is done on the weekends!

6. Refund policy. I will only provide refunds if I cannot complete the commission - such as if I become sick or relevantly injured for an extended period of time. Refunds are not given on request. Please be sure you can afford to pay me before you do so, as you will not have your currency / items returned to you unless there is an issue on my end.

Items will be valued in at their current average market price based on TC and Branches.
Some items are taken at a flat rate, which will be listed with them.

- IMPORTANT: tweened pieces cannot be soft or mixed shaded. this is because they are GIF files, which are limited to 256 colours. this might sound like a lot, but this limit makes gradients look very crunchy. so, tweening can ONLY be hard shaded to maintain their quality! :)
