- If we've never exchanged before or we are not mutuals, I expect at least half-upfront payment before the finished product is sent to you. With adopts, it is case-by-case, usually payment upfront before the design is sent, though.
- If we did not previously agree to a turn-around time, you can expect art/customs to be finished within 31 days. You can ask for a new turn-around time but I may not even be able to accept it.
- I am only required to contact you to: accept a commission, send the sketch, inform you I've finished then, after payment, send you the finished product.
- I will decline your offer if I want to.
- I will cancel a commission/custom order if I must. (+refund)
- I will not fully refund you if you cancel a commission/custom order if I have already sent the sketch or if payment was digital/game currency. Under emergency or if I have not finished a sketch I will fully refund a (if emergency, only for $) commission. If you sent full payment and already approved the sketch, I will return half of it as the second half did not officially belong to me.
- If you do not like the end product (and it's obvious I wasn't purposefully "sabotaging" the result or did not mess something up you specifically requested) I do not owe you your payment back. ~ If it is a custom design, I may return the payment & I will retain the rights to the design.
- I have the right to decline you buying a design even if the offer was an "autobuy" (a specific price listed that, if offered, usually means said offer is immediately accepted.)
- If I have accepted an Autobuy(AB) hold, I will not accept a different AB even if there is no hold. (Unless, say, the AB on hold was "AB1" and you are offering "AB2". "AB2" is only ever added in: auctions/bids & situations where I may add art to the design if said Autobuy is offered.)
- If no extension is requested, you have one week to get the funds for a hold. I never send the character first when waiting on a hold unless we are trusted friends.
- When ordering a commission off-site (from toyhou.se, my main platform) you must provide some sort of proof of ownership over a character. If you are ordering a gift commission, this still stands and I need proof this character is a friend of yours or other. (As per the rules of Art Fight itself, I will not accept any of my art being put into AF or any art-trade game. I also will not participate in art-3-way trades in this fashion. If you're art-trading with somebody, you're trading art you made)

- You may, under no circumstances feed my art/designs/ANYTHING to AI or people who are known to feed real art into AI. (+Immediate public Blacklist if so. If you do this, be aware I will attempt to remove my design/art from your broken, lumpy chicken wing )
- You may sell my DESIGNS for money only if you bought it for money and it's being sold for the same it was bought for (*if it has no added art) ~ I consider Commissioned and Personal art to count towards worth, but not gift art .
- You may depict my designs in possibly harmful or disrespectful natures so long as the content is: not glorified in anyway, is legal, and you are a genuinely well-educated or experienced person in the topic. (Take; Homophobia. You are either: homophobic, a victim of homophobia, or have put time into learning abt homophobia and it's effects. Why can homophobic people do this ? Cause they're fucking homophobic they ain't want gay dogs)
- You may depict NSFW in my designs so long as: children cannot see it, I cannot see it, it is generally locked behind a warning, you did not edit my art to depict NSFW, the character is human/oid, anthropomorphic and/or has no relation to being an animal ~ even if the depiction is in an anthro/human form, if they have any feral form at all they are considered an animal. ~ Please inform me (don't show) if you made my design NSFW.
- You may depict Gore in my designs so long as: Young children cannot see it, it is generally locked behind a warning and you did not edit my art to depict gore without permission.
- You may not edit my art in any way without explicit permission.
- You may add filters and.. filters ..? to my art especially if making it a profile icon, so long as I am still credited.
- You may put my art into a reference sheet for a character and/or edit reference sheets I've created if you own them so long as I am still credited. ~ Though, please ask before editing a reference sheet ! There may be certain circumstances causing me to not want you to and/or I may edit it for you if you'd like.
- You may redesign my designs in essentially any and every way so long as they are still recognizable--if you make them so different they're unrecognizable it is a whole new character, so just make a whole new character.
- All credits are placed where credits are due; I made this art ? Credit TMOTW6697 on toyhou.se. I made this design and you're either making it a profile on something like TH or other or you're posting the reference I made of the design somewhere? Credit TMOTW6697 on toyhou.se. You're posting a character you own but the art isn't mine? You can, but you don't need to credit me there. (unless it's like a new reference sheet I guess? Or you're submitting the design to something? But you get it, I hope.)
- You may buy a design for a three-way trade. If you inform me of a 3-way trade, I can also send the design to the intended person. (1 is offering goods for 2 to buy for 1 MY design, so 2 buys my design and then 1 and 2 trade my design for whatever 1 was offering.)
- There is no cooldown on selling my designs.
- If you no longer want a design, but do not want to go through the effort of selling/gifting, please send them back to me ! If you delete a design without the explanation the new owner simply doesn't have toyhou.se, I will likely blacklist you. That being said, please ask before sending a character to someone not on toyhou.se. If it had no toyhou.se in the first place, I still require that you tell me when it is traded (so I can track my design) and still send them to me if you don't want them but don't want to gift/sell them. A deleted character with no explanation will be seen as abandonment and I will reclaim the design. (*If your account is deleted and I have no communication; I will not reclaim -- If I see it's deleted I will contact you and if the new owner has no toyhou.se; I will not reclaim.)

- Say you order a commission. We can talk about: Turnaround time, progress updates, portioning up payment/payment hold updates, changing something about the art/design/writing, etcetera. Notice a theme? We will talk about the commission. Unless we literally are, we are not friends and I may feel uncomfortable speaking to you, as somebody I do not know.
- I will give you three weeks of not responding to Sketch approval or Finished Product payment. After this, I will not refund anything pre-paid, likely delete all the (unpaid)images I have already sent you, and the commission will be cancelled. (If you have explained you are on a leave or are very busy, I will instead either ask for a date to expect you back, put your request on hold in general, or simply wait 6 weeks total; In this case, I will not send any progress updates unless it is pre-paid or, if half-paid, I will still send the sketch.)
- If I have read your message and have not responded (*when requesting a commission, not when in one) bump the message after 48h minimum.
- If I have read your message and have not responded (*when in a commission) bump the message after 24h minimum.
- If I stop responding for upwards of three days and don't seem to be online, reach out on toyhou.se. If I still do not respond, feel free to cancel the commission. I will refund you if the commission was not already finished and was paid in game currency. If it was paid with $ and you pre-paid but got no art from me I will fully refund you. If I sent the sketch, I will send you a bit more than half or, if game currency, fully refund you. If the commission was fully done but you just wanted something edited, I will edit it and no refund will be sent. (*When I am late, whether the commission is continued or not, I may make a compensation sketch for your time.)
- Do not post my WIPs in public spaces. DMs is ok if the other person knows not to redistribute my work.
- You may ask about my schedule vaguely, for the purpose of consistent commission communication only.

- If we are not friends, mutuals or affiliates, our exchanges will be as they were before. Do not engage in non-professional conversation unless the circumstances ended in us being mutuals.
- If you are someone who orders from me often, I am ok with non-professional speaking/speaking outside of trades, but it's still preferred that if I or neither of us are interested in getting closer that the conversation remains small.
- You may ask me about adopts commissions, etc. -- anything you're interested in re-ordering is ok.
- You do not have to tell me every time you show my art/design to others, just remember proper credit.
- You only need to tell me if you traded a design if you are somebody off-site (not on toyhou.se ~ Reminder you must ask me before trading a design to somebody without a toyhou.se account whether the character is off toyhou.se or not. If YOU are off toyhou.se, trading to someone ON toyhou.se, give them my Toyhou.se credits or simply tell them to talk to me.
- If you wish to upload my design to toyhou.se/other character site, yes, please speak with me.

- 12 and under + 35 and over: DNI unless ordering a commission or generally just commenting on a character profile. Just for my personal comfort. (~This is more don't talk to me personally, don't DM me or reach out on other socials if it's not business related. I'm OK with small talk.)
- Generally, please don't interact if you are/support/partake in/enjoy: Already rules of Lioden, and I don't know if I can really mention them. I trust Lioden players are none of these. It may be apparent to some that I have not listed homophobia and previously stated homophobic people can give my designs non-glorified homophobic mindsets. I am not homophobic. I am gay. I just couldn't care less + have homophobic friends because it's not their defining trait... Now, I'm more OK with "hate the act, not the person" than people dunking on LGTB people. So again, not glorified, and just don't talk about it/harass people and idgaf.
- Do not sexualize me or my characters unless we're just close like that.
- Do not DM me out of the blue if we're not friends>mutuals.
- I appreciate gift-art, but I prefer if it's only from friends>ArtFight>mutuals>Closed Species games.
- Generally, if we're not friends or didn't meet and immediately just act weird with one another, "Yeah.. we're not at insult humour yet."
- Don't guilt trip me. If I said no the first time to anything all you're doing is making me want to avoid you. Don't act like a child and take no for an answer. I don't care, I said no.
- Don't force me to use tonetags. They have a completely opposite effect for me than they're meant to and, I don't know why, drain the life out of me. You may use them around me but I may become uninterested in conversation if you always use them ... Not a request, just a warning, 100% feel free to use them.
- Please don't drag on a conversation... Once I've stopped using full sentences, I'm probably pretty overstimulated or even just tired of talking. Yes, it may be a little hard to realize I'm overstimulated but I'm having a very lively conversation with another person, it's not personal I am unfortunately a very irregular person. :(
