Events
Events are a community effort. They include fighting bosses or enemies. Each cat has a base attack of 1-4 (determined with a dice roll), but may be increased temporarily with items.
Each person with a cat may attack once a day. This is per person not per cat.

Event drops
Completing events will yield rewards such as spells and explore items.
Spells grant you special effects that you can use during the event. Examples include an aoe attack or damage increase.

Winnie hands you a bag of treats. "Homemade, and completely irresistible to the little guys," she says. "Now head on out there and find yourself a cat. Be gentle and let them come to you."

You head into the forest. Sooner than you thought, a cat peeks out from behind a bush. Their big eyes stare at the treats in your hand. Sitting down, you scatter some treats in front of you and wait.

After what seems like forever, the cat finally sits next to you, allowing you to pet them. Picking them up isn't necessary; they'll follow you anywhere.
