In the Alpha testing, more energy more often made it too easy for players to make gains... (and Heaven help us that 5 points every 20 minutes was excruciating.) The current energy replenish is a nice balance between the two.

In 1 hour, you earn enough energy to attack another player, and still have 20 points to go explore. In 2 1/2 hours, you have a full refill.

I agree with what muttduck says above, it sounds kind of too much. I think it's fine the way it is. Anything more or less would be unreasonable. In that time, you could post on some forums or start a roleplay. No support from me, sorry!

I have to agree with muttduck here.
The energy replenish really isn't too bad; it gives me time to do other activities on the site, like setting up my hunting, checking the forums, trading post, messages, etc. It also gives me time to go outside once in awhile and/or pay attention in class. |D

I understand that the game is so addicting, but it's awesome that I can run out of energy, go out and hang with my buddies for a little, and then come back to a full energy bar. There's plenty of on or off site things to do to fill the time in.

Not supporting though, the 40% energy per hour is pretty nice on its own.

I, personally, would rather not have an online game manage my time for me. I don't need to be allotted time to pay attention in class or go outside or watch paint dry. If I have something I need to do, I'll do it; I don't need to be prompted by a long waiting period for an energy refill.

The time should be lowered at least until there's other things to do on the site (such as mini-games that generate SB or items) because if I'm here, I want to be doing lion-y things rather than twiddling my fingers and reading Dagan Ronpa while I wait for enough energy to have 10 birds swoop over me.

well-put alex! Even 10 energy every 10 minutes would be way better than having to wait 15 mins. And exploring my 10 energy can go in as little as two clicks and I'm back to waiting again, to have a bird swoop overhead, or just plain exploring.
