So I was thinking about some stuff while playing pokemon when I leveled up, and my pokemon's HP went up.

So what if, when you level up (EXP) you get some sort of gain to your energy bar? Maybe like every time you level up, the energy bar will fill up somewhat? You could even make it so like, the first time it'd fill up say 50 percent, and then like 35 percent, and it'd decrease with every level up, and would be reset with each rollover.
